Halfway Houses for Men and Women
Eva's Village operates residential, Halfway House programs (ASAM Level 3.1) for men and women struggling with substance use disorders. Our Men's Halfway House has capacity for 103 men, and our Women's Halfway House has capacity for 36 women. These programs provide comprehensive treatment with all the services and therapies needed to help individuals recover from addiction. The three-phase programs are staffed by certified alcohol and drug counselors and supports the transition from addiction to a life of dignity and independence.
Services include comprehensive assessment, group and individual counseling, intensive education about addiction, family support, and on-site 12-step programs and other peer recovery supports. Clients also receive resume and interview training through our Workforce Development program, and have access to additional programs and services throughout Eva's Village. In 2017, over 82,000 New Jersey residents were admitted to a treatment program for substance use disorders. As compared to other providers in NJ, Eva's Village recovery programs consistently outperform the state average in the percentage of clients successfully completing treatment plans, by an average of 12%. |
