We also emergency shelter for men and women, as well as permanent, affordable apartments. Click on the links below to learn more. New Jersey residents experiencing homelessness can dial 211 for help. 211 is New Jersey's Homeless Hotline. Those needing housing assistance must call 211 before they are admitted to Eva's housing.
