Annual Recovery Walk 

 In the News: A walk on the 'straight & narrow' in Paterson.

Graduates of Eva’s recovery treatment programs shared their stories of addiction recovery with the crowd. Participants marched through Paterson's 4th ward - a neighborhood hard hit by drugs and violence.

Community Gathers to Support Recovery
Eva's Village annual Recovery Walk was  Sunday, Oct. 3. Dozens of people gathered  at Paterson’s Courthouse Square for speeches and awards to kick off the walk. it was one of thousands held across the country to commemorate National Recovery Month, which was September.

Guest speakers and representatives from Eva’s Village Recovery Community Center shared their stories of recovery and led the walk.

At Eastside Park, there was free food and representatives from other recovery-based organizations and the recovery center there with information about the programs and services they offer.
